By creating a Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) based on a function-based behavioral assessment, teams will learn how to use data for decision making and on-going progress monitoring. Teams will develop an action plan for the development of a system for the how and when of conducting FBA/BIPs.
Workshop presenters: Karen Lietzow, CESA 5 RSN Project Director, will facilitate the trainings, under the direction of Marla Dewhirst, Assistant Director, Illinois PBIS Network. The advantage of participating in the CESA 5 sponsored trainings is sharing of expenses and thereby reduced costs.
Registration fees: $700 each day for a school-based team of 6 individuals or less for the two day training, includes food, beverages, snacks & facilities charge. $25 for Tier II manual, one time fee. Additional team members may attend the training for $100 per person per day.
