PBIS Universal 2 Day Training (December 6th and 14th) - Participants will review the PBIS process and look at the data and practices embedded in the PBIS implementation.  Staff evaluation of the discipline support processes are explored.  The teams will draft school-wide behavioral expectations, create a behavioral matrix, and plan for future team development implementation.

Suggested attendees:  District Administrators, Principals, Special Ed Directors, Special Ed Teachers, Regular Ed teachers, psychologists and guidance counselors.

Coaches/Principals – Having attended a PBIS Overview, this one day workshop is specifically designed for the building principal and designated internal and external coach of school teams beginning the PBIS Tier 1 Training process. This day is focused on preparing the Coaches and Administrators for the various activities and steps their teams will be progressing through in the process of starting PBIS in their schools. Those attending must also attend Tier 1 Team Training (2 additional days) with the designated school team members. Team Training – The designated PBIS School TEAM (including administrator and coaches from previous day required) participate in TWO days of intense, interactive activity based preparation for implementation of School-wide PBIS. These are guided team work days to begin developing the materials needed for PBIS Kick-Off and implementation. Bring any school based behavioral data you have, as well as your current office discipline referral form. Note: Attendance by school leadership at an Overview of PBIS is required prior to the start of Universal Team Training.

 

 

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
