This training is demonstrated on the most current version of the Infinite Campus Product and will reference Wisconsin specific data or fields when applicable.
This webinar will demonstrate how to produce fillable forms associated with a student. Learn how to add radio buttons, text fields, check boxes, etc. Learn how to customize your form specific to your district. FDF’s can be used in the health module, Special Education, Counselor and PLP. Users must have Adobe Professional in order to create these dynamic forms.

To cancel an Academy webinar, log into your MQR account, click on My Events, open the course you wish to cancel and click Cancel. There is no penalty for cancelling a standard Academy scheduled webinar. Non-Academy subscription holders that do not cancel the training and are a "no show" to the webinar will be charged the full amount.
