Purpose:         Collaborate and network with colleagues to share the following:

  • Google Applications and Google+ Communities and Classrooms  for Family and Consumer Sciences and Health Science
  • Financial Literacy – NEFE Financial Planning Program Resource
  • Impact of Professional Organizations on Educator Effectiveness
  • Standards and Assessments in CTSO Programming
  • Foundations of Academic and Career Planning
  • Real World Lessons of STEM and Non-Traditional Studies in Family and Consumer Sciences and Health Science
  • ProStart and Industry-Based Curriculum Resources

Cost:                $8.00 per participant – Lunch and snacks will be provided.

Workshop attendees need to bring:

  • a computer with access to Google and Chrome (create a personal gmail account if Google is unavailable in school district)
  • extension cord and/or power strip
  • a best practice resource to share as a link
  • a copy of the 2013 WI Standards in Family and Consumer Sciences and/or Health Science Curriculum Guide
