Purpose: Collaborate and network with colleagues to share the following:
- Google Applications and Google+ Communities and Classrooms for Family and Consumer Sciences and Health Science
- Financial Literacy – NEFE Financial Planning Program Resource
- Impact of Professional Organizations on Educator Effectiveness
- Standards and Assessments in CTSO Programming
- Foundations of Academic and Career Planning
- Real World Lessons of STEM and Non-Traditional Studies in Family and Consumer Sciences and Health Science
- ProStart and Industry-Based Curriculum Resources
Cost: $8.00 per participant – Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Workshop attendees need to bring:
- a computer with access to Google and Chrome (create a personal gmail account if Google is unavailable in school district)
- extension cord and/or power strip
- a best practice resource to share as a link
- a copy of the 2013 WI Standards in Family and Consumer Sciences and/or Health Science Curriculum Guide
