Effectiveness Project (EP) Initial Training

Day 1:

• Review  the EP process for teachers, educational specialists & administrators 
• Discuss the standards & indicators for the various roles 
• Identify data sources for each standard

Day 2:

• Learn to use  MLP/OASYS as an educator & as an evaluator 
• Identify & collect evidence from observations & artifacts
• Align evidence with standards
• Prepare for ELEVATE certification
