Description: This session will begin with Mary Kampa discussing what can be learned from post school outcomes and how the information may be used to shape programs for youth with disabilities. Participants will become familiar with the post school outcome requirements and results for Indicator #14.

Next there will be a panel representing DPI and adult service agencies DHS and DVR. This panel will focus on integrated employ¬ment outcomes and the role each agency plays in the transition process. In addition, the new DPI, DHS, DVR Interagency Agree¬ment will be discussed.

In addition, Dave Nass will share effective practices for interagency collaboration in¬cluding effective communication, using local and regional data, and describing common elements to improve outcomes for students with disabilities transitioning from school to integrated employment.

Post High School Outcomespercent of youth who had IEPs and no longer in school who are competitively employed and /or attending postsecondary school
Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
