It’s just what the teacher ordered!
Take some time this summer to ORGANIZE your classroom activities and lessons to make the most of your day. MANAGE your student’s behavior to create a “mindful” classroom and incorporate some GREAT teaching ideas into your curriculum to make the most out of your time. This three day class will examine organizational tips that will make planning activities and organizing lessons trouble-free. Ideas on classroom/student management and time-saving techniques will help you conquer the roadblocks to teaching and develop an intrinsically motivated classroom with children who are in control and ready to learn. Finally, learn many new ideas and techniques that can be added into your already existing lessons. This class is sure to motivate and excite you to begin the new school year.
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
