The Student Services/Prevention and Wellness Team has developed a toolkit to help schools respond to mental health issues among students. The toolkit includes background information, a unit of instruction for health
The training is intended for school teams, and is most effective when health educators, pupil services, and administrators come prepared for action planning in their school or district. The toolkit is applicable in
Part I is being offered on December 14, 2010 and focuses on the problem and intervention.
Registration Fee (includes lunch): $35 - fee is for PART II only
Who Should Attend: Middle and High School FCE, Health Teachers, Counselors, Social Workers, School Nurse, Principals and Asst. Principals
