*Cancelled* Effectiveness Project: Teacher & Educational Specialist Calibration

This session is offered to assist evaluators in completing the required semester EP calibration. We will review evidentiary statements to ensure the evidence is free of bias and personal interpretations. In addition, evaluators will review the preponderance of evidence to determine a rubric rating.

Evaluators attending this training should be previously certified (once every four years) prior to using Effectiveness Project evaluation model as per state requirements. This session will reinforce their summative decision-making skills from the summative certification training and provide a calibration of previously learned evaluator skills.

MyLearningPlanOASYS training plans will be a part of this training to allow practice in a safe, skill-building atmosphere. When available, authentic artifacts and video can be utilized for calibration.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
