Middle Years: PDP Support for Educators Completing Year 2, 3, & 4

This workshop is designed to support educators who have completed PDP goal approvals. We will assist educators in collecting data to provide evidence of their PDP goal progress and complete their annual review. We will walk through a completed PDP to provide a model for educators. In addtition, participants will learn how to extract summative data from WiseDash (student and school level) in order to record evidence of student learning. Participants should bring their WAMS log in information. Please ask your district AMS (usually supt. or delegatee) to provide you with access to this data at the student analyst level. Access to district benchmark assessments tools (MAP, STAR, etc.) and classroom assessments would also be helpful. Time will be provided to assist educators in compiling the data and completing the annual review.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
