Infinite Campus - Multi-Year Academic Planner Setup and Use (Webinar)

 This course demonstrates the creation of a multi-year academic plan using the new tool within SIS. This tool promotes:

•  student/counselor interaction
• student course planning guidance based on graduation requirements
• mapping planning rules
• parental/guardian access to student academic plans
• counselor reporting (course projections and academic plan status)
• course plan administration tools (calculate on-track status, create course requests, lock course plans and post diplomas, etc.)

The Multi-Year Academic Planner is available in the Portal for course planning and tracking graduation requirements. Uses include:

• multi-tiered credit rollup
• academic/curriculumprogram rework/enhancements
• graduation progress enhancements
• course planning rules
• academic/course planner (Portal)

 

To cancel an Academy webinar, log into your MQR account, click on My Events, open the course you wish to cancel and click Cancel. There is no penalty for cancelling a standard Academy scheduled webinar. Non-Academy subscription holders that do not cancel the training and are a "no show" to the webinar will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
