Students with developmental disabilities come to school with many challenges. One of the most significant challenges for many teachers is behavior, and behavior is key, for challenging behaviors can take up a lot of instructional time. Attendance at this session will provide participants with key information and strategies to help teachers who have students with challenging behaviors. When behaviors are under control, students will be better prepared to learn and interact with their peers. This will improve the daily instruction in a classroom, as well as enhance the classroom environment.

Presenter: Paul H. White, Waisman Center

Registration fee/each workshop: $45.00/session or Early Bird Special! $150 if all 4 sessions are registered and paid for by September 30, 2010.

Early Bird fee is non-refundable, but attendance at each session is transferable! (includes materials & dinner at CESA 5 or lunch at Elizabeth Inn)
