Infinite Campus - Counselor (CESA 10)

This session will cover everything for counselors A-Z! We will start with student navigation and searching, look at student information general tab set including walk in scheduler, scheduler messenger, transcript tab and credit summary tab. Next we will head over to the counseling tab set and explore the tabs available to counseling teams there. We will delve into the team members tab, look and explore the possibilities of the documents tab and learn about the contact log tab. There is a new meetings tool where counseling meetings can be scheduled - this will be looked at in depth. Our next stop will be the grad planner area where we will walk though setting up a curriculum plan and assigning it to students. Lastly we will look at some beneficial canned reports including (but not limited to) the student (graduation) progress report, class rank, transcript, Cumulative file labels, etc.

To cancel an Academy workshop log into your MQR account, click on My Events, open the course you wish to cancel and click Cancel. There is no penalty for cancelling a standard Academy scheduled webinar. Non-Academy subscription holders that do not cancel the training and are a "no show" to the webinar will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
