This workshop examines a contemporary, multi-faceted tool developed by the International Center for Leadership in Education for examining instruction, as well as curriculum and assessment.  It is a four-quadrant thinking framework based upon two dimensions (axes) of higher standards and student achievement- Bloom’s Knowledge Continuum (vertical) and an Application Model (horizontal) which describes how to put Bloom’s six levels of knowledge to work.

No less than seventeen different instructional strategies will be identified, and multiple examples of math across the K-12 spectrum will be offered, discussed, and used as templates for participants to create their own by topic.

Please see attached brochure for complete details.
