Advancing your work from August will be the focus of our follow-up series. As educators across CESA 10 continue to work through the process of SLO writing and compliance structure, our plan is connect everyone in their efforts.
During our Oct. session we will 1) share ideas across districts, 2) support each other in finializing our SLO's and 3) collaborate to develop a responsive instructional plan (RIP) for ongoing data collection towards meeting your goals. In order to focus this work we would like you to bring your baseline data and/or your drafted SLO for use in this process.
During the December session we will 1) analyze and adjust the responsive instructional plan (RIP) and/or your SLO if needed, 2) continue to explore avenues for data collection focused on depth of student thinking to increase student success in your content.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Further understanding of a meaningful SLO
2. Build connections across districts as a support network
3. Develop a 'responsive instructional plan' to meet your goal
