Gather for a screening of the award winning documentary film that explores compelling new approaches that aim to revolutionize education as we know it, inspiring school communities to reimagine what students and teachers are capable of doing. Learn about education innovations happening right here in Western Wisconsin from educators on the front lines. Learn classroom-tested strategies for promoting change in your classroom, school, and community. Public screening and discussion in the evening.
Learning Outcomes will be:
- Participants will examine how Most Likely to Succeed can spur education innovation.
- Participants will learn how Project Based Learning can meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Participants will learn from experienced PBL leaders in the area.
- Participants will collaborate with others to plan for future innovations.
This workshop is offered at no additional cost to those districts participating in LS1 including Abbotsford, Augusta, Bloomer, Bruce, Cadott, Colby, Cornell, Eleva-Strum, Flambeau, Gilman, Gilmanton, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Mondovi, Neillsville, New Auburn, Osseo-Fairchild, Owen-Withee, and Spencer. (Discount will be automatically applied.)
The cost for all other CESA 10 districts will be $175 per participant, and the cost for all others will be $300 per participant.
