Need some surefire practices to build beginning reading skills for every child in your classroom? Engaging, and enacting the Reading Foundational Standards in your teaching can be daunting. Join us in this informative, practical, hands-on session as we build our collective knowledge around beginning reading instruction.
Session Outcomes:

  • Understand the inner workings of the brain and how these new insights help to guide beginning reading instruction
  • Identify the stepping stones skills that build phonemic awareness & alignment to the Reading Foundational Standards
  • Explore research-based practices that build phonemic awareness and beginning reading success
