Each of us serve others, whether we call them customers, clients, constituents, or students. Lean is about focusing on the experience and needs of those we serve to drive organizational operations towards delivering maximum value. Lean is a continuous improvement framework that promotes a constant state of re-evaluation by seeking ways to improve rather than to react to problems with quick fixes. A core value of Lean includes empowering every level of the organization to identify and implement improvement strategies.
In this discussion and action-oriented workshop, you will learn practical Lean fundamentals to incorporate into daily work. You will leave the workshop equipped with tools for improvement that can be put to use the next day in your organization.
CESA 8 invites the three drivers of community - Regional Businesses, Local Government, and Public Education for a two-day workshop on Lean Fundamentals. Our aim is to learn together so that individual organization improvements collectively contribute to community excellence!
Location: CESA 8 Office or virtual depending on the current pandemic restrictions
Cost: $200 for CESA 8-CIA Member school districts. $400 for all others

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. Please make sure all of your contact information is correct in myQuickReg.com.
