2021 CTO CLINIC - Incident Planning: Pulling It All Together

It's happening and it's virtual!
The theme for 2021's CTO CLINIC is Incident Planning: Putting it All Together. Teams of school technology leaders have attended WETL's ongoing series of Road to CTO webinar workshops.
Whether your team has attended these or you want to test your Incident Plan, this year's CTO CLINIC is for you! This FREE event will be virtual. Please note this is a separate registration from the Road to CTO webinar workshop series.
This year's event will run 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with featured speaker, Wisconsin's new CIO, Trina Zanow, followed by tabletop exercises for teams to test their Incident Plans. There will be a break for lunch and team time built into the day.
Remember, the CTO CLINIC is FREE and VIRTUAL. Only registrants for the CTO CLINIC will receive the connection information the week of the event. Be sure all members of your team register!

Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
