The CESA 6 Title I Monitoring and Support Consortium is designed to communicate federal and state legislation, policies, and procedures related to Titles I - IV. Consortium participants will be provided with an electronic binder and sample documents outlining their Title responsibilities for compliance based upon the new Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (WI DPI) monitoring guidance. Membership also includes communication throughout the school year, timeline reminders for adding documentation, binder review, and four meetings (two in person, two virtual) for updates on requirements and changes for the current and upcoming school year as a result of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).

- One Fall 2019 and one Spring 2020 consortium meetings
- Two mid-year virtual meetings

OBJECTIVES
Participants will:
- Understand federal regulations and requirements pertaining to Title programs
- Collect and organize data required by the new WI DPI ESSA Monitoring Guidelines in an electric binder
- Receive timely updates and timeline reminders throughout the school year
- Connect and collaborate with other ESSA and Title teachers and coordinators
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
- Title I Teachers, Title I Coordinators, ESSA Coordinators
COST (unlimited participants per district)
- $750 per school district
- $1,000 for school districts with three or more Title I schools

- October 16, 2019 / 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
- May 20, 2020 / 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.

CANCELATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full refund to be issued. Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.

Cancellation Policy:
Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
