This session exposes participants to meaningful content and learning activities to grow their own coaching mindset and tool box to refine their craft! Participants will learn and practice strategies to leverage trusting relationships by using powerful communication strategies to promote reflection, to work through resistance or conflict, to increase buy in, and to co-develop and monitor growth plans.

•  Registration fee - 2-day workshop only:
    - $325 per participant
    - $975 for a team of 3-4 from the same school district ($200 will be invoiced for additional team members)
OR

•  Registration fee - 2-day workshop plus 2 hours of individual coaching implementation support:
    - $400 per participant 
    - $1,100 for a team of 3-4 from the same school district  ($200 will be invoiced 
for additional team members)

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
