WISEdash Local is offering a one-day workshop to roll-out the new RtI Module, share member district RtI processes, and help districts plan their next steps by working with other member districts at different stages.

Due to high interest across our membership, we are offering this
one-day workshop twice; once at each location: Chippewa Falls & Green Bay.

8:30am – 9:00 am           Introduction to the RtI Module

    -What does it do?
    -Who built it?
    -Why was it built this way?
    -Where will it go next?

9:00am – 9:30am            Response to Intervention- What are we doing right now? (Early District Led)
9:30am – 10:00am          Response to Intervention- What are we doing right now? (Advanced District Led)
10:00 am – 10:30am:      How did we get there? (Advanced District Led)
10:30am – 11:45am:        Table Teams: Early Districts work through processes with Advanced Districts
11:45am – 12:00pm:        Morning Wrap-Up: What’s next?

1:00pm – 1:15pm            From intervention narratives to intervention data fields (Technical Led)

2:45pm – 3:15pm:           Loading files (Technical Led)
3:15pm – 3:30pm:          Closing as files completed

 

 

Checklist

Be sure to organize the following to take with you:

  • At least one laptop per district team
     
  • Samples of current interventions at your district (classroom, tier 1, etc.)
                       We will practice:
                                    Building this in WDL’s RtI Module
                                    Converting narrative requirements into data field responses

     
  • Samples of De-Identified completed intervention data/folder files
                       We will practice:
                                    Converting narrative into data field responses
                                    Adding students to an intervention and completing
                                    Finding this information in WDL’s Module

     
  • If you use an intervention resource, please have that information with you
     
  • If you have your intervention data stored anywhere, please bring a de-identified sample
     
  • If you have any other information on your district’s RtI process, please take it with you
                            We will review these with table teams between districts
                            We will also review how those processes may work with WDL’s Module
BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THIS WORKSHOP PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR DISTRICT'S APPROVAL TO ATTEND.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.

Weather conditions:

If a workshop has been canceled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. Please make sure all your contact information is correct on myQuickReg.com

Other Helpful Hints: Room temperatures vary from one workshop location to another, so bring a jacket or sweater for maximum comfort.
