WISEtraining

Join us for a training covering WISEid, WISEdata and the collections that come along with them. This training is for anyone new or experienced who will be working in the WISE applications. To accommodate experienced users the training will be held in two sessions which allows for experienced users to just attend the afternoon session (although you are more than welcome to attend the whole day to get a refresher!).

Morning Session (9:00am - 11:30am):

• For new WISE people or people looking for a refresh
• Learn about getting access to WISE through Secure Home and ASM
• Review the basics of WISEid and WISEdata

11:30  lunch

Afternoon Session (11:30am - 3:00pm):

• Learn about the new collections: Roster, Discipline, Attendance, Year-End

 

Prior to Attending: 

Ensure that upon logging into Secure Home you have access to WISEid and WISEdata
Know your WAMS ID
Plan on bringing an internet enabled laptop

Cost: $20 to cover breaks & lunch

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.

Weather conditions:

If a workshop has been canceled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. Please make sure all your contact information is correct on myQuickReg.com
