DATA INQUIRY AT CESA 3

Individualized study of state and local assessment results targeting programs and practices at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.  All inquiries will be examined through the lens of equity. Teams will meet three times during the 17-18 school year
to continue work.  Dates listed here are Day 1.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20
RtI Focus:  Elementary Teams will examine Forward results and local assessments to determine areas of success and need.  They will examine policies and practices related to intervention and enrichment and evaluate whether current practice is effective.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
Behavior Focus:  Middle School Teams will examine Forward results and local behavior data to determine if current practices and policies are effective.  Wisconsin’s Youth Risk Behavior Survey data will be incorporated into this inquiry.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
College & Career Readiness Focus:  High School Teams will explore Aspire, ACT and WorkKeys data, as well as local data
to determine students’ current level of college and career readiness.  School-to-work participation, course offerings, post-secondary data, and other data points will be examined.

Cost:  $125.00/person or $300.00 per school team of 3-5

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
