CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrants receive a full refund if they cancel at least 2 weeks before the event. Because of commitments to the venue, presenters, vendors and participants, no refund of any kind, for any reason, will be given for cancellation requests received after October 3, 2017. Registrations ARE transferable within your organization. CESA 5 WILL NOT CANCEL THE EVENT DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registrants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. This policy replaces the cancellation policy stated below.
