New Educator Effectiveness Evaluators need Focus training in order to use the EE system.  This three-day event provides evaluators time to participate in the training, share with other administrators/evaluators and become certified in the EE system.

Learning ouctomes include:

  • Understand the Charlotte Danielson Framework and how it is used in Educator Effectiveness.
  • Study the EE process and the Danielson Framework with other administrators/evaluators.
  • Evaluators will be certified to conduct observations in school districts using the EE Framework.

This workshop is offered at no cost to those districts participating in EE DPI model.

Administrator Standards
WAS1The administrator has an understanding of and demonstrates competence in the teacher standards under s. PI 34.02.
WAS3The administrator manages by advocating, nurturing and sustaining a school culture and instructional program conducive to pupil learning and staff professional growth.
Pupil Services
WPS1The pupil services professional understands the teacher standards under s. PI 34.02.
WPS3The pupil services professional has the ability to use research, research methods and knowledge about issues and trends to improve practice in schools and classrooms.
