"Instructional rounds are one of the most valuable tools that a school or district can use to enhance teachers' pedagogical skills and develop a culture of collaboration". --Richard Marzano

Together we will look at how districts in CESA 10 have implemented this process to help new and experienced teachers fine tune their practice. We will use our day together launch a virtual learning community to continue to support our work. A spring date will be chosen to celebrate our work and plan next steps.

Learning outcomes include:

  • Participants will learn how teachers can work together to improve our practice.
  • Participants will chart a course to implement rounding with one teammate.
  • Together, we will create a virtual learning community to continue our work.

The first 5 people to register will get a copy of the book we will use to guide our work.

This book study is offered at no cost to districts participating in Title I Fee for Service including the districts of Abbotsford, Bloomer, Bruce, Colby, Cornell, Eleva-Strum, Gilmanton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Neillsville, New Auburn, Owen-Withee, Spencer, and Thorp.

The cost for all other CESA 10 districts is $175 per participant, and the cost for all others outside of CESA 10 is $350 per participant.
