JoAnn Hart and M. Tess O'Brien-Heinzen from Boardman & Clark, LLP will present relevant updates in important areas of school law, focusing on  Section 504, ADA, IDEA, and FERPA, and include a review of important new guidance and proposed rulemaking on Section 504.

Cost: $200; lunch is on your own.
