This training is demonstrated on the most current version of the Infinite Campus Product and will reference Wisconsin specific data or fields when applicable.

This webinar will look at the two forms of attendance communication. Attendance letters and attendance messenger.  This course will walk users through the step by step process of setting up an attendance letter, printing letters including updating the PLP contact log, and then running reports on who has received the letters. Also covered is the setup of attendance messenger templates. Messages can be sent immediately to guardians through this tool or scheduled automatically via the attendance messenger scheduler, which is also covered.  Course Number AT 1120.

To cancel an Academy workshop log into your MQR account, click on My Events, open the course you wish to cancel and click Cancel. There is no penalty for cancelling a standard Academy scheduled workshop. Non-Academy subscription holders that do not cancel the training and are a "no show" to the workshop will be charged the full amount.

 

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel prior to 3 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 3 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been cancelled due to weather conditions.
