INTRODUCING LESSONPIX AS A TOOL FOR CREATING THERAPY MATERIALS

LessonPix is an easy-to-use online resource that allows users to create various customized learning materials. This session will introduce participants to the LessonPix software and guided through the various features. This session will include time for the participants to create materials for a lesson. Come prepared by bring your laptop/chromebook and a theme/book to guide material creation.

Participants will be able to:

1. Navigate the LessonPix website to use the software, view tutorials, and find shared materials.

2. Search for pictures using a variety of methods.

3. Create materials that target articulation, language, and social skills goals

4. Know how to save/access materials from a variety of devices.

**Participants are encouraged to bring devices (iPad, Chromebook, &/or laptop).

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
