Registration Deadline:  Tuesday, April 18, 2017 - NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

3rd Grade - Three person teams

Meet in the CESA 3 parking lot at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 7th.
GeoCaching teams will be navigating Geo-cachers in the Fennimore and Lancaster area.

Items to Pack:

1.  Backpack (1 per team)
2.  Pen or Pencil for signing log book.
3.  "Swag" to trade (Some of the caches have trinkets that you may trade for when you locate them . . . . marbles,        very small toys (like an army man), coins, etc. ) If you don't plan on taking anything, you don't need to pack              anything to trade.  Your choice!
4.  Sack lunches.

NOTE:  It may be best to have the students dress in layers so they may dress/undress as the weather permits.  Wearing long pants and comfortable shoes is also recommended as students will be encountering trails, long grass, etc.

We take photos/videos at our events for marketing use to promote CESA 3. Please let the facilitator/coordinator know if you would prefer to NOT have your photo taken.  Thank you.

NOTE:  If you do not attend a training you have pre-registered for, your District will be billed a $25 service fee. (Please cancel on MyQuickReg or call CESA 3 at 822-3276.)

 

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
