Instructional Leader Network (Rms 1/2)

CESA 9 is offering a (3) session Instructional Leadership Network Series aimed at developing a professional learning community of instructional leaders.  The goal of this network is to build capacity in teacher leaders so they can support the range of complex tasks they are assuming within your schools.

Network meeting topics for all will include:

• Leadership skills
• Instructional conversations & coaching techniques
• Assessment practices & the use of data
• Effective lesson design & instructional practices
• Connecting the work with the DPI & CESA 6 systems for Educator Effectiveness

SPECIAL
Breakout Sessions at each meeting for Literacy & Mathematics Leaders to include:

• Networking with other like content leaders
• Sharing & investigation of curriculum & resources
• Best instructional practices in the Literacy & Mathematics
• Ideas, strategies & tools to share with colleagues

COST:  $250 for all (3) sessions for School Improvement Members
$350 for non-School Improvement Members
Cost includes breaks, lunch, resources and materials for all (3) sessions
