This workshop is offered at no cost for those CESA 10 districts participating in Title I Fee for Service.

Understanding how to look at and use your local data is crucial to the success of your students.  During this workshop, we will discuss the benefits of a systematic data cycle on student achievement and staff practices.  We will explore the process of implementation and what factors you will need to consider when beginning this process in your district.  You will leave with a plan on how to roll out your first data meeting, schedule others for the remainder of the year and, if possible, schedule CESA 10 support during your data retreat day.  It is recommended that a small team including the principal should participate.

Learning outcomes include:

  1. Participants will understand the function and benefits of regular data meetings.
  2. Participants will be able to identify the appropriate team, create a plan, and prepare for their first data meeting of the cycle.
