ALL educators are welcome to attend.

This date will focus on effective grading and assessment strategies in the classroom.  We will review the work of Myron Dueck, Paul Gorksi, and Ken O'Connor to examine current practices for grading and assessment.  Additionally, participants will walk away with usable formative and summative assessment strategies.  During the workshop there will be time for planning and collaboration to help meet your needs.

The Initial Educator workshop series is structured as stand-alone events thus allowing for educators to attend any or all of the dates and to be able to learn and practice new strategies to use in the classroom immediately.
