2nd Year Initial Educator Support Seminar #4: Collecting Quality Evidence
Participants will discuss the quality of their assessments. All educators are responsible for collecting evidence of student growth through various formative and summative assessments, in both the context of Educator Effectiveness and the PDP process. We will begin filtering those assessments to determine what evidence is really being gathered, what is really needed, and what we can do without.
