Updating the SchoolWide Title I Plan

Update Title I Schoolwide Plan

Audience: Title I Schoolwide Planning Teams (Title I Coordinator, Principals, Curriculum Directors, Reading Specialists, Interventionists, Teacher Leaders, etc.)

When you transitioned from Targeted Assistance to Schoolwide programming, many of you did a great job of writing a plan. Did you know, that your plan is legally required to be revised on a yearly basis? Whether you have been faithful to the annual review or not, this workshop will help you systematically review your plan and help prepare you for the 2016-2017 ESEA application.

 

It isn’t necessary to bring all of these in print form, but it would be useful to have electronic access to them:

• Existing Schoolwide Plan
• School Improvement Plan
• Building and District Goals, Strategic plan, etc.
• SIR (Schoolwide Implementation Review) results and/or plan (through RtI Center)
• WKCE results for Reading and Math
• School Report Cards – expanded version
• Parent/Community surveys
• Staff surveys
• Reading and Math Assessment Data – Renaissance, Aimsweb, PALS, Star, MAP, grade level, other?
• Access to WISEdash

Also, a Laptop with power and extension cords if needed
