Instructional Leadership Academy: Leading Improvement (Four-Part Series)
In this Project, CESA #4 school and district leaders will participate in a yearlong guided process that includes learning about the what, why, and how of School Improvement Planning, the importance of coherence, and the application of learning into existing SIPs or School Learning Objectives (SLO) . This is not intended to be a drive-by professional development experience. Participants will engage in ongoing job-embedded learning that will provide an opportunity to dig more deeply into the work they are already doing. The ultimate goal is to build school and district leaders’ capacity to develop and lead improvement efforts that will ultimately result in higher levels of student learning. District teams (principals and those who support them from the top down or bottom up) are encouraged to attend and learn together.
This event is being offered at a discounted rate of $150 to CESA #4 district attendees thanks to a CESA Foundation Grant!
All other attendees will be charged $400 (registration fee will be adjusted at time of billing)
