Effectiveness Project Implementation Coach (EPIC)
Member(s) of district admin team that will support admins and teachers to implement the EP system. Could also be hired through CESA if needed.
Role:
• Provide expert-level support to building-level administrators and teachers to support the fidelity implementation of the EP System.

Requirements:
• Hold valid administrative license.
• Complete EPIC Certification trainings.
• Develop positive, trusting relationships with teachers and administrators.

Responsibilities:
• Work with My Learning Plan/OASYS to plan for and complete EP System Configuration.
• Train and mentor evaluators and teachers during the implementation of the EP.
• Work with district administrative team members (evaluators) to plan for staff inservices and PD needed to communicate system components and professional responsibilities.
• Work with CESA Liaison to conduct annual district EP Audit
• Work with EP System Evaluator as needed to provide access to local implementation and student achievement data as relates to evaluation of the CESA 6 Effectiveness Project

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
