MyLearningPlanOASYS:  The session will begin with general questions participants have related to MLP-OASYS.  Highlighted topics that will be covered after questions include: The meaning of the red exclamation mark seen on various forms, the user vs. administrator view in the Professional Goal Setting Review, leveraging communication regarding the Mid-Interval SLO by using save and notify feature, the ability to access a user’s view via the Emulate User feature, Super Admin. Rights (who holds these rights), review of Evidence Collection Tool, section properties within forms (i.e. option to collapse or expand indicators in forms, Mapping of customized forms (Fee for Service).  MARK YOUR CALENDAR:  April 23, 2015 meeting will be specific to Data Extraction, Roll-Over Process and how to review summative rubric scores of evaluatee’s to support professional development decisions.

This and That: With the fast pace of school environments, it’s easy to miss important information for successful EP implementation. This session is designed to get you up-to-speed with the “must knows” for second semester EP implementation. Topics will include the latest and greatest on Principal Value Added,  formative feedback for educational specialists, new resources, and planning for the remainder of the school year!

EPIC Support Session: The afternoon is devoted to EPICs that would like additional support with “must knows” of MLP OASYS and an opportunity to network during lunch.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
