Making learning more efficient and effective requires the skills to use tools to help everyone to learn! Join educators and students from all over the state for the 2nd annual appFest. A collaborative effort by local school districts, CESAs and higher education to bring all platforms of instructional technology under one roof. Opportunities to learn about Google Apps for Education (GAFE), iOS operating system apps for the iPad, web based tools, social networking and theories and implementation strategies of mobile devices that can help to enhance educator and student effectiveness. Learn and take time to apply your new/enhanced skills and tools to your profession and studies and be inspired by the presenters, facilitators, and each other!

Come join us for breakout sessions taught by some of the best educators and students from around Wisconsin and beyond. You'll also have a session at the end of each day facilitated by teachers to put what you've learned into action. appFest will supply you with motivation, skills, and a new perspective on what you can be in this 21st Century of education!

Graduate credits: Graduate credits will be available through Marian University at $250.00 per credit (up to to 2 credits). Paula Walser will be the professor of record at appFest and sign up will be available at registration on the first day of appFest.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
