Online Registration closes at the end of the day on April 18, 2014.  After this date individuals must register in person at the Summit on April 24, 2014 as a walk-in registrant.  Walk-in payment forms are cash and check only.

Summit Refund Policy:
All cancellations prior to April 16, 2014 will be given a full refund.
Cancellations received after April 16, 2014 will be refunded minus a $25 administrative charge.

• Refer to the Summit when placing reservations.
• The room block for the Summit will be held until April 12, 2014.
• Individual summit registrants must contact the hotel and reference room block.
• Hotel reservations are an additional fee and are not covered in the Summit. 
• Attendees must submit proof of tax exemption upon check-in on site.
