Audience: K-6 classroom teachers, Title I, ESL, Reading Specialists, Curriculum Leaders, Literacy Coaches, Administrators, and Principals.

Regie will be discussing the following:

*developing a common vision
*building leadership from within
*developing powerful Professional Learning Communities
*Improving reading and writing instruction by using the Optimal Learning Model
*Explaining the whole-part-whole strategy
*Working collegially to answer the Question, "What impact has my use of the 6 T's (time, texts, teach, talk, tasks, test) had on improving students as readers and/or writers.
*Teaching joyfully- creating a balanced life.

Following the workshop, Regie will host a question and answer session for those interested in learning more about the Regie in Residence Program.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
