2012 Cray Academy

Creating a differentiated learning environment is a goal of many educators. However, developing an effective systematic approach can be extremely difficult. Our goal with this course is to provide science educators with an opportunity to develop a differentiated framework for their classroom.

During this class, participants will be able to see how we are using the framework in our classroom. Participants will then get an opportunity to personalize the framework for their unique classroom and curriculum. Course participants should bring textbooks, lessons, and activities that they would like to use in their framework, as they will be getting work time to create one for their classroom.

Presenters:  Jeffery Mlsna and David Grabski

Jeffery Mlsna

David Grabski is a veteran science classroom teacher who holds a Master's Degree from UW-Stevens Point. He is a Golden Apple Distinguished Educator with a strong background in technology and has used differentiation in the classroom.
