The WISE Learn Digital Content Curation Project is a state-wide project that aims to create an easy-to-use repository of high quality, standards-aligned digital resources that all Wisconsin educators can access to enhance their classroom instruction, and we need highly regarded educators to help with the process. The teachers will be paid a stipend for work outside of contract time for front-loaded professional learning, and districts will be reimbursed for the cost of subs for the face-to-face content curation workshop. Please join a growing number of Wisconsin educators sharing their content expertise.

This spring we are looking for a good mix of 10-15 teachers from the physical education, healthagriculture, business and information technologies and the theater arts areas at all grade levels. We also continue to curate in the content areas of science, English language arts and mathematics. We also welcome the expertise of curriculum/assessment directors, gifted and talented coordinators and special education educators. If you one of these educators, join us!

Participating curators will need to complete online training prior to the curation day. In order to receive a stipend for their time, curators are required to complete the following tasks:

  • Complete online training modules before curation day (1-2 hours)
  • Bring 4-6 digital resources on curation day
  • Curate at least 1-2 digital resources during the curation event

Curators will receive: • $150 stipend for their time • $25 in travel expenses • $150 in sub. pay to the district (invoiced directly to CESA 5).

1 credit from Viterbo Univ. is available for $200 • Supports EE “Professional Responsibilities”
