SIOP (Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol) is a gold-standard, scientifically based methodology for working with ELLs.

This SIOP training is a Level 2 for those educators who have completed the SIOP Level 1 training. Participants will receive 99 Ideas and Activities for Teaching English Learners with the SIOP(R) Model by Vogt and Echevarria. Participants will dig deeper into the eight components and 30 features of SIOP and learn proven strategies that improve student-student and teacher-student interaction. Many SIOP strategies are helpful to ALL students, but they are critical for those working with ELLs.
