Intervention, Enrichment and Resource Fair
What: CESA 4 is hosting a vendor fair
Why: The fair will provide an opportunity for participants to view products and talk to representatives about those products in a central location on the same day. This is intended to help districts identify and learn about research-based curricula for Tier I, Tier 2, and Tier 3 services to provide quality educational solutions for intervention and enrichment in ELA, Math, and Science.
When: Friday, February 12, 2016
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM Registration and light breakfast
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Wisconsin RtI Center: Grounding our Intervention Intentions (tentative)
8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Vender exhibits open
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Breakout sessions with vendors
Lunch Provided 12:00 – 12:45
Who should attend:
Administrators, Curriculum Directors, Pupil Services Directors, Principals, GT Coordinators, School Psychologists, At-Risk Program Directors, RtI Leadership Team members, Interventionists, Teachers
Cost: $25 per person from any district in Wisconsin
Free: FREE to teachers and administrators from Title I Fund receiveing schools in CESA # 4
(Pricing will be adjusted at billing)
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
