Do you or your students have iPads that they are beginning to use within the classroom? The iPad (or iPod touch or iPhone) opens many new opportunities for learning. This workshop will provide you with the necessary skills to
implement iPad/iPods within the
classroom.

· Workshop participants will become familiar with the operation and use
of the iPad/iPod including the use of the core apps from apple (Notes,
Calendar, Messages, Photos,
Camera, Clock, Maps, Videos,
Newstand, itunes and app store, Mail, Safari and ibooks.) .

· Software and apps for projection of iPad image and remote access
to computer will be demonstrated.

· Participants will be provided with access to a website with updated
grade specific and curricular aligned apps.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
