Overview
We will be exploring Early Literacy practices around Writing in the Early Years throughout the school year. We will be engaging in Writing topics around supporting, implementing and assessing, in a Developmentally Appropriate way. Participants will be examining their practices around Writing, and engage in conversations with other participants to support quality Writing practices for young children.
Participants will:
· Explore Evidence Based Practices in early childhood literacy
· Deepen their understanding of the importance of writing during the early years
· Explore assessments to inform daily teaching decisions
