This network group is an extension of the existing, and thriving, EE network from the 2013-14 school year. Each district will continue to send, or determine, EE coaches/leaders to participate in constructing local implementation plans and tools for Educator Effectiveness, both the DPI and EP models.

 

Educator Effectiveness Leaders (EEL) is a term CESA 8 will be using to help build a regional EE network and facilitate the change locally and on a wider scale. These EELs will serve as a point person in district to funnel major communication updates.

POINTS TO PONDER:

• How is EE currently being introduced to all staff?
• Have you identified the teachers who are/are not in EE?
• Have you communicated an evaluation process to those who will not be included in the EE system next year?
• Do you have a written, common procedure for intensive supervision in the EE System? (How is staff identified?
• What are the standard components of an improvement plan? What are the timelines?)

Face to Face: $75 for non member districts

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
